Comment In 2005 and 2006, Uravan completed an airborne MEGATEM survey (contracted to Fugro Airborne Surveys), a ground Fixed Loop and Stepwise Moving Loop TEM survey (contracted to Quantec Geoscience Ltd.), and diamond drilling (contracted to Titan Drilling Ltd.). The MEGATEM survey mapped two conductive trends which are extensions of trends discovered by a previous MEGATEM survey. These trends are over 50 km in length and extend across the entire project area. They have the potential to host unconformity-type uranium deposits. The ground geophysics was completed as a followup to the MEGATEM survey, to further define the two conductors. A further followup of 6 drillholes were completed, with 3 holes in each trend. 1558.7 total meters were drilled. The core revealed a graphitic unconformity in some of the holes, as well as sulphide mineralization at the unconformity. The potential for uranium mineralization within the project area is considered high.
